Good stay

Very friendly staff, good location. I wish the elevator shaft worked as we were on the 3rd floor, however, the hotel did offer a different room, but I preferred to stay on the top floor so there is less noise. They had very good eggs and grapefruit for breakfast, wish there was more of a variety of food like maybe croissants or muffins. Other than that, a very nice comfortable stay.

Good place for a stay in Carlilse

Very few drawbacks other than the pool was closed for renovations and the elevator did not work. However, they did notify us and we were able to get first floor accomodations as my sister would not have been able to negotiate the stairs. Only other drawback is the carpeting. Hard to keep carpets clean in high traffic accomodations. Not a big fan of carpeting. Otherwise everything was ver clean and comfortable.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. For the price you can’t beat it. I’m from around the area and it’s in a very safe. The breakfast has a huge variety. The staff is excellent.

This hotel did not provide us the room that was booked on-line and prepaid for ahead of time. The elevator was broken and they said they could only offer us a room on the third floor. Room A/C was insufficient for summertime stay on the 3rd floor. Promised a refund the night of check in - but none received after 5 days now. 4 Calls to Property manager and none returned or acknowledged. Breakfast staff seemed to be hard working and very kind.

Busy place even late but no one is at the desk. The elevator was down and we were on the third floor with two babies, a crib, and car seat. The floors are obviously dirty with that public area patterned upholstery- you know the gaudy stuff. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot, tv worked well. Couldn’t change the temp on the ac unit. The lights outside are painfully bright but I think that is a good safety feature. Not an awful place but not as good as the ratings would have you think.

Every person on the staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide the best service possible and asked if there was anything else they could do for us multiple times a day. Always upbeat, ready and willing to have a friendly conversation. I can't say enough good things about my stay here.
