Not thrilled - expected better.

The shower was very weak. Literally wasn’t sure if all of the shampoo was out of my hair. So little water pressure. Had a random guy try to open my door (could’ve been a mistake) but it sealed the deal doe me.

Me and Wife came off a five hour drive from southern Virginia. To arrive at what was supposed to be an 8.4 out of 10 comfortable hotel. This place is like a roach motel. More suitable for truck drivers and lot lizards. Holes in the walls, cold shower. The sink water was hotter than the shower water. I would have NEVER come here had we seen true pictures of what we were walking into. This is extremely disappointing and there is no way they are renting these unfinished rooms to full price paying customers. I requested a full refund for this experience. This is absolutely NOT acceptable. And they still have not responded. Sad.

The check in clerk said fitness center was 24/7. But when I went down at 5 am, the morning guy said 6-11. He let me in, but uncertainty among staff. The shower faucet dripped nonstop. The shower surround was cracked and moldy. Very low water pressure. Area around closet door handle was scraped and had big patches of peeling paint. And they said it has only been open around 3 months!

Breakfast was lousy just cereal and bagels No eggs or bacon Hot tub was filthy and pool had not been scrubbed in quite while , dirt around rim of pool and hot tub For the price your are paying you think you would be able to get a decent meal. No restaurant. Hilton has really gone down . No different than motel 6. Definitely won’t be staying there again
