Staff really welcoming!

The best hotel on our Scottish travels. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My wife who is not very mobile found movement around the hotel excellent for her needs and staff helped in ensuring diable parking available Dinner and breakfast service and food choices also excellent.

Chose hotel due to proximity to hills. Was competitively priced compared to other hotels. Staff very welcoming and friendly, evening meals at bar were very good as was cooked breakfast. Sadly the two rooms booked were not to standard. One room tv did not have signal and shower did not get warm on both days. Other room had a strange smell, possibly drainage or septic tank? Had so much potential but will have to look elsewhere next visit.

Besides the location, nothing is good about this hotel: the staff is very rude, the room was horrible, didn’t even had towels (which I had to ask for) breakfast was very poor. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
