The from desk team are very unprofessional. I paid extra for an extra bed since I had a surgery. I waited more that 4 hrs for the bed and we went 2 times downstairs and nobody give us any answer. Also, when we did the check out we requested the front desk to send someone to help us and they didn’t send anyone to help us with the luggage.

Honestly we love staying here because it is very safe, close to many things. You can walk to anything. The rooms are clean, they are currently renovating it to make it look better. They do need to work on the service at the front desk, those folks are not friendly and not well trained.

I was concerned about the hotel due to the bad reviews but decided to go ahead. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was well maintained and very comfortable. The bedding and the quality of the mattress was very good. The quality of the bath towels could use some improvements. The staff was excellent and I would stay there again if I am in Barranquilla.
