Great services but needs updates

The staff was very friendly. I was in the hotel 5 years ago but this year i noticed that they need to do maintenance. I was happy about the bathroom condition.

They never answer the restaurant phone, you have to go downstairs and place your food order at the front desk, they have children's parties in the pool area where other guests try to be relaxed and the balcony doors are not secure like other hotels in the area
