Spotless rooms food was amazing however shower in bath potential trip and hazzard views from room amazing bed extremely comfortable staff fantastic cleaning staff so polite pool spa really enjoyed them about 800 metre walk to Cavill ave plenty of cafe's along esplanade to choose from though buffet breakfast at QT bloody amazing

Room is dusty and it has mirror everywhere. Not accessible to balcony and given low floor. Breakfast is the same everyday and service staff informed that coffee need to be paid for although breakfast buffet is provided. Not a pleasant stay in gold coast.

The shower water pressure was quite low, and the temperature kept fluctuating—about 30 seconds cold followed by 30 seconds hot. I had to constantly adjust the shower, which made it uncomfortable to use.

I booked an ocean view king room. The music coming from the pool area was so load. They were playing this awful techno music 12 hours a day. Complained about it and staff did nothing. Would not go back.

The QT overall is a nice hotel and staff were great. The balcony’s being out of use (something not communicated beforehand) was really disappointing and took away from the stay. Having stayed in two other QT’s in other parts of the country, this one isn’t at the same level yet unfortunately. But breakfast and pool drinks were good and the room was very comfortable.

Good overall. Concierge guy was great when we first arrived. Room was on a low floor even though booked months in advance - was ok though being immersed in the sights. Attention to detail items - doors chipped (guests can be oblivious) but keep up maintenance. Some areas closed within building felt odd. Spa was obsecnsily expensive with no confidence they would be any better than down the road and services don't include a casual entry to steam room. Some simple and easy tweaks to maximize profit and enhance guest experience. It comes from the top though and experience in leadership so staff in general were awesome and doing what they are taught and told... But their bosses need to be taught. It's probably great for families but for a gay couple.. the spa and pool was a sess pool of children. Tap in bathroom sink hangs too far over sink and the bench above is the same, that should have been picked up in the design build. The bed was amazing and comfortable along with the pillows had an awesome sleep. Good 4 star overall - if you want 5 star... Get better management with more experience.

Great hotel minus the following issues: I was asked to pay for my stay on the night I arrived, despite having prepaid. The reception was very close to charging me twice until I showed her my own records. Also, why did I have to pay a full room fee when it turned out the balcony my for my room was not useable? People come to the GC for the balcony views!

It was great to stay in the hotel I worked at in the 90s. Service was good and room was comfortable. It was disappointing that we could not go on the balcony due to glass being replaced, I feel there should have been a slight discount or at least free parking.
