The hotel is great. Rooms comfortable and staff friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent and pool on the roof top has a wonderful view, but the area is incredibly noisy at night. We had a room looking over the square to the front of the building but the noise at night is insufferable. We had to move our room to the side of the building. Colombians never sleep they party all night long! Cartagena is a wonderful place to visit we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return. The restaurants are excellent and shopping is great.

Decent stay. Very central, a bit noisy.

This hotel is located right in the center of everything. It's meters away from the piers for visiting the islands, and right in the middle of all the action. That's good, or bad, depending on your preferenes. Rooms are a bit small, AC isn't that strong, but overall everything worked fine and location was great.
