We encountered 3 staff members in two days, a particular lady at front counter was very unpleasant. She seemed to be bothered easily. Not the treatment you will expect from someone in hospitality business, rolling her eyes as I asked questions. I continue to conduct my business without acknowledging her rudeness. Had to encounter her in three occasions. She could probably benefit from a customer service course. The walls in the room were dirty and so was the rug throughout the hotel. Refrigerator was very dirty on the inside, we spend two nights, will not return above all based on customer service.

Rooms were hot when we first got in. Breakfast was VERY limited cereal, waffles, juice, bagels. Mold on the ceiling in the hallways. Other than that the beds were comfy and our room did eventually cool down

No electrical plate over light socket, no hot water, exposed wires in the bathroom and holes in sheets. We were there 15 minutes before we checked back out. Manager on duty stated we couldn’t get a refund until morning because he wasn’t the head manager. In the morning Expedia called to take care of it and the manager lied and stated we were staying at the hotel. Expedia made this right with us however, the actual hotel did nothing.

An older handicapped room. Many dings and bruises, bumps and scrapes. But overall, an attractive and comfortable room. Excellent bed, superb grab bars in bathroom. Very satisfied.

The hotel itself could use a facelift. The bathroom was outdated, stained, and not that clean. They also do not have an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage make sure you are on the first floor. I will say that when we arrived late at night for our check in the staff working the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. He was the best part of our stay

This property is nasty. The outside pool was pitch dark, keys didn’t work, no plug for bath tub, room stunk, patches on walls and most importantly, we had to check out within the hour when my daughter found BED BUGS and killed one

Time for some cleaning!

Room very dirty. Floor in bedroom bathroom and living area clearly had not been cleaned. Room had not been mopped or dusted in forever. Hallways leading to the room were filthy too.

Avoid at all cost. One room smelled really bad. Mold smell. The other room had a toilet that was improperly seated with no caulking around the base. The toilet shifted from left to right which is hazard in more than way. The third option they gave me the room had no hot water. There is no elevator on this property. The repairs done on this property are questionable. They’re cutting corners. The staff was mad at me and canceled the reservation without being asked to do so. I pointed out the deficiencies and they told me to leave.

When arriving was checked in went to my room my lights didn’t work in my room told the front desk they did nothing about it said they had no maintenance or anything to fix the issues the pool was beyond dirty me and my friends had to offer to clean it just to be in it. Asked for a late check out and after paying $170 for one night for a smelly room and bad attitude by front desk with bad service was told no. And was told there was no manager it’s privately owned so no one I can forward my co plaint to it was just HORRIBLE…

Close to KSU and all major roads! Very friendly staff. The room smelled like mold and the bathroom definitely needs some updating. Bathtub didn’t have a plug.
