Recommend for customers with poor mobility

I had a double room booked as my mum has mobility issues. Staff could not have been more helpful. They recommended the floor with the most suitable room and one close to the lift. At breakfast they found a table with suitable access for a wheelchair. Highly recommend the hotel and it's staff for people in a similar situation

We had booked and were allocated a family room with one double and two single beds for 3 women attending a conference however we were given two doubles so had to be moved so a bit inconvenient. 👎

Lovely rooms. Dirty swimming pool

Stayed as a family in a suite. The room was fabulous and a great size… we did pay for a 2 bed suite and part of it was locked but the staff were great and able to go unlock the 2nd room for us (this was the one with the kitchenette and sofa / dining table). The hotel is lovely and well staffed. Room was very clean and does show some wear but no major issues. The check in at 4pm we found to be REALLY late in the day, especially when you’re only staying 1 night. They allowed us to use the facilities while we waited for our room. The facilities are also good however swimming pool needs some updates. the ladies changing rooms were totally disgusting. I appreciate these are also used by non hotel guests however they clearly hasn’t been cleared all day. Covered in food and hair. Really put me off!

Amazing time at the Clayton in Sligo. So family friendly and staff could not do enough for us. Really recommend thia hotel. Rooms were fabulous, huge and had everything we needed.

I was surprised that after we hsd been put into the first room which was wrong the second room was no better shower dudnt work, a black stain in the bath, the shampoo and conditioner broken unable to use, went down for breakfast and after i was told which room number I was i was placed at a table, to which i went up to get my breakfast, i was than approached by the same lady on the door asking myself and my daughter had we paid for breakfast im sorry but I and my daughter were mortified cause of course i had paid for breakfast in the price that id be given. A totally forgetable experience i have to say not a pleasant stay at sll
