Just enjoyed 5 days here that I booked for my sister and brother in law. I didn’t stay at this hotel as I was already booked with another family and place.-But- we did get to hangout and visit multiple times. The pool was very refreshing and relaxing. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for a great week stay.

Great communication, wonderful friendly staff. Beautiful updates rooms. Close to the Split, close to wonderful dinning places. If I made a special request such as golf cart rental or more towels within minutes they responded and helped me out. The pool is the perfect size and always so clean. I love the rooftop area to just soak up some sun and be lazy in a hammock. I would absolutely rerun to this place.

Bugs in shower.

Large gaps around the door/frame allowed bugs and humidity to get into the room. Woke up on last night to find beetle like bugs in the shower. Not sure if they came up the drain or from somewhere else. The shower head was so rusted and old that it broke apart from the water pressure. Won't go back.

Modern, clean appearance. The rooftop terrace is a lively setting for privacy and view. Staff is knowledgeable about the island and provided info on many questions. Had blow dryer available. Only suggestion is to have a better morning coffee/beverage/breakfast choices other than yogurt, white bread and bananas. Maybe set up in the bar/lounge area rather than in office. Also, more flatware in the kitchens…spoons, forks, knives.

We enjoyed our stay in the middle of Caye Caulker at Barefoot hotel, it was very convenient. The room felt a little beat-up but overall it was safe and it felt easy to explore the caye from it.

Adrianna was the best ever! She works the front desk and was so welcoming, told us all about the island, local spots as well as tourist spots! Hotel was clean, ac was top notch, spot was perfect, not far from either end of the island.

Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to everything. My only complaint was the door was a bit hard to lock and the only way to lock the room from the inside is to use a key, which can be a bit sketchy but otherwise, a very nice hotel with wonderful staff.

There were a lot of positives to the property, and most of the staff were extremely nice. However, on our last full day the manager asked for our key so they could replace the shower door and promised that he would be there to keep an eye on the workers. The hours later we check on our room and find it is full of construction dust and that all of our supplies in the bathroom, such as toothbrushes, my mouth guard, our medicines, etc, are covered with a layer of construction dust. The room also smelled of sealant or glue. We asked for and got a different room, but the only room available was smaller. We had to move our stuff on our own and clean up everything. No help was provided. No apology was made. No compensation was provided because we had a smaller room, for our inconvenience, or for making a mess of our stuff. I can't imagine what the manager was thinking, but i can't recommend that anyone every stay here.

We liked having a balcony on Main Street, people watching and living in town was great. Staff were very accommodating. While we had a bathtub, there was no spigot to fill it , so showers were the norm. Having a big water dispenser in our room was lovely. Minimum plastic. I’ll be back.
