You asked. Our family purchase premium rooms at ypur resorts starting with the Hotel Chemay, Santa Fe; Eldorado Spa Santa afe and then ended our trip at Hotel Andaluz. We loved our staff, rooms and amenity in Santa Fe. The Santa fe properties were awesome, staff kind, helpful and attentive at all levels. Property jist as described. Hotel Andaluz. Miserable. From parking at entrance to be ignored and disrespected by Valet, and Bell to then eben more so by counter and manager. Wow guys you are miasing the boat here. Beautiful property and a staff of emtiltled, unhelpfull, and disrespecrful staff. Cant believe the same company owns and manages the three properties we stayed at. Will happily return to the Santa Fe propertres and will steer all friends the hell away from ypur beutiful hotel in Albequeque that is run by horrible staff

Although I mentioned it the first day on a four day stay, and several times after, the vanity light in the bathroom was never fixed. It was dark in the bathroom.

Do not stay here, check-in person was asked for dining options near by, literally said she had non. And for that I should have stayed uptown. Her exact words. If you want to sleep do not stay here. They know this bc we found earplugs in the room. One set only. 3 people staying 😐 This place is the opposite of respite if that’s what you’re wanting in a hotel room. Up until 4 am cars from car show and nearby strip club. Horrible dingy room Hilton should be embarrassed by this property. 4 stars is laughable more like 21/2 I want my $$$ back they would have to pay me to stay here and I still might not do it.

One of the most comfortable rooms we’ve stayed in! Staff were excellent, valet service was quick, and the hotel was clean. The bed was superb, as well! Only complaint is that one of the sinks in our room wouldn’t drain. We’ll be back!

I made my reservations on Expedia. When I got to the hotel they had no reservation information for me. I reserve the large King expanded room and was given a very cramped small clean room. I was there on business and was working on a presentation in the Internet and the hotel was unbelievably slow really handicapped what I was trying to accomplish The room service food was remarkable and delicious however room service disconnected me 3 times while trying to order room service. I stated the hotel had to lose at least 15 times before and never had similar experiences I was very disappointed
