The front desk staff yelled and threw things upon check in. Was incredibly rude. All because his check in system wasn't working correctly. Room was stinky and shower was falling apart and didn't work correctly.

Peggy was awesome, but the electrical/electronic situation in the room was not. The TV was stuck on one channel, so I sent to front desk and Peggy walked all the way back to our room with a couple extra remotes and helped us figure out the tv. There was only one power outlet that worked, over by the sink. We found a power strip under the bed console with many wires/cables that were not connected, so we connected them and then some of the outlets provided power. The heater/AC unit didn't allow us to adjust it, but it was too cold outside to unplug it, so we dealt with a high blast of air every 5 minutes that I could feel through the sheets.

I paid for 2 queen beds and I had a reservation and was waiting for an hour before a different group of people came. They did not have a reservation and I had to translate for them since they didnt speak english. They host gave them my room by accident and made me get a single bed. Why make a reservation if it wont be kept

The worst part of this stay was the noise. The section at the bottom of the door was broken allowing all the noise from the hallway to enter. In addition, our room was close to the check in desk by the front entrance, so this was a high traffic area. We could not sleep because of all the noise. I’m not sure if other rooms have the same issue. Even had some crazy person yelling at 5am and we clearly heard it through the door.

The cleanliness of the hotel room as well as shared space (hallway) was terrible. There were stains on walls from splatters. The tub was dirty. The carpet in the hallway was horrible

OK Value but be ready for some bumps.

The bed was comfortable and reasonably clean. None of the lights at the bed were connected - I had to find the outlet and connect everything. Same with the DirecTV. Once I got everything connected, things were OK. The showerhead was awful- perhaps not enough water pressure.

The TV didn’t work, the hallways smelled aweful and people alway smoking right at the door entrance to the building so your inhaling it everyone you want to come in and out. People drunk at the entrance. The room itself was clean and decent but these things weren’t great. No elevator. And on the last 3 days of my stay they kept sliding letters under my door stating they were fully booked and I would not be able to extend my stay. I had no intentions of doing that I checked out early and ultimately it’s just annoying to be annoyed and made to feel rushed to check out 3 days before my stay was expected to end. The lady at check in was very nice and hospitable.
