On arrival the staff were very friendly. The unit that we stayed in was clean and had a lovely parklike outlook. As the weather was cooling off, another blanket on the bed would have been useful. Heating in the room was good.

Great place to stay.

Great clean well kept facilities. Cabin accommodation had everything we needed. The thermal pools were an added bonus.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We felt safe around the area. There was free parking all the essential you needed during our stay. The bathroom was a little dated compared to other holiday parks we've been too but that's all. Overall it was a great experience. Staff was fast and very helpful.

We rented out a whole unit with another couple. It was a nice stay, we enjoyed the hot pools and being surrounded by beautiful nature. My only complaint was the 1GB of data they give each device per day. Not a big deal, except can be frustrating if you’re traveling around and need wifi to book adventures or day trips. Otherwise it was great.

My husband and I only had a one night stay. We phoned ahead as we knew we would get there quite late. The staff talked us through the check-in procedure which was super easy. Our room was clean and tidy. I thought the bed was really comfortable. The shower the next morning was lovely and hot. My husband went for a quick swim after his run and he was impressed with the simplicity of it all. Would happily return here to stay for a few days!!
