Clean room, friendly staff, good hot Breakfast with waffles, cereal and muffins as well. Quiet area with comfy bed for a good night's sleep.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Staff accommodating to giving us a first floor at the door room. Parking safe and adequate, breakfast satisfactory and fresh. Excellent coffee in dining area. Price was very reasonable for an older building but very clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable and we both had a restful nights sleep. Recommend this motel to all travelers.

Second time staying here. Just as good as last time. Quick and easy check in after a long drive. Great rooms with no issues and working vending machines for a morning snack. I wish there was some sort of breakfast or a cheaper nightly rate but this hotel is still my go-to for Kearney. :)

It was loud, the room was not very clean, alot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast was limited in options.

Very nice accommodations and staff. We were not able to stay for breakfast unfortunately but it smelled delicious.
