Genuinely nice people

The room was clean and secure. Every hotel worker I encountered was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. I chatted with the service desk person at check-in noting that I would be gone before breakfast service started the next morning. When I left the next day, they had set up breakfast early for us.

The night manager was so kind and polite at check-in and his professionalism was noteworthy and appreciated! The property was excellent for my dog, as well, and I appreciated the layout and location of the dog-friendly rooms in the hotel. I’d happily stay here, again!

Thin walls. Horrible stay

We could hear the TV next door through the wall so badly. It was hard to sleep. We had a horrible night of sleep.

Overall we had a great experience. The only thing that was an inconvenience was that the shower head had 3 settings and no way to control the volume of water. The 3 settings were central spray (not much area of coverage), a pin-point spray that almost hurt my skin, and a pulsating spray that was not very relaxing. 'Not a big deal, but sort of an irritation.

Hotels.com no refund even with insurance

Didn't stay here. I was in a blizzard and stranded on the highway in route. Hotels.com wouldn't refund my money and I bought insurance too. The rep at the hotel was very nice though when I called to tell her that I was stranded on the highway.
