Saw New Victorian Inn online and read all the positive reviews. I thought, I want to try this place and it did not disappoint. Nice and clean property with a warm and inviting lobby and friendly staff. Would definitely return!

Hotel was a dive

The room was not clean and the hallway smelled like dog urine and cigarettes. The front desk staff members were incredibly rude at check in and they charged an exorbitant amount for a pet fee. The parking lot was sketchy and the hotel in general was a dump. I would not stay here again.

Kern checked us in. He knew were we travel from and visited about that. He reassured me about the weather. He had to come to our room late at night because our kids locked the bathroom door and we couldn't get in. All through our stay this man went beyond excellent customer service!! They hotel was very clean and the beds were conformable. We will be staying here every time we coming for wrestling.

Great little hotel
