Kern was very polite and helpful in checking me in. The room was perfect. I was in bed by 7:30 and slept soundly until 5:30. (Previous night with hubby at the hospital.) Breakfast was great. If I need to stay in Kearney again, I will go there.

This is our second time at this property. We'd stay again. It's a good room, with a clean bath, quick checking, and chose parking. We didn't try the breakfast this time, since we were meeting relatives. However, it was good last time and smelled great this morning. The only issue we had was the heater. It worked too well, I got up 2-3 times to lower the temp more. It's very different from our home system. Not a complaint, only next time we won't even turn it on. Recommend the New Victorian.

We were driving through heading to Colorado, looking for a decent place to stay. One that wasn’t expensive and had good reviews. This one was exactly what the reviews said it was. Friendly, clean and accommodating.
