Nice place, nice staff … convenient location.

We only stayed for one night while driving to NYC. We arrived past 1:00 am and we didn't have any problem at check-in. The room was ready for us. The included breakfast the next morning was very convenient. And we were pleasantly surprised by the property's condition. Thank you.

Fabulous view Spacious bathroom Very clean Very polite housekeeping Easy check in With very helpful staff The pool area is inviting clean plenty of lounge chairs The gym had enough equip Loved happy hour with D.J Lotus restaurant had great food and staff Steak house great waiter Tim Appetizers very good Main course duck dry not very good Great side dishes The spa is over priced Hair wash and dry list for 30.00 because she used hot iron it was 90.00 with no heads up! Gratuity is auto added Hairdresser never mentioned it and took the cash before I checked out! Only Tim and the waitress in the diner told us!! I look forward to going back but not the steak house or spa

It was a very nice experience

The staff was friendly and courteous. They responded quickly to requests. The only thing me and my family did not like was the breakfast at Eat Eat Eat. The staff were not attentive. We had to ask for the food to be refilled. It was around 10:45 am and breakfast ended at 11. However, the food should have been fully stocked since patrons were still coming in and they were accepting patrons until 11.

The room looked like it was brand new, so it was probably recently redone. The check in process was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
