Might want to think about changing out some of the carpets. Staff were outstanding. Our last night, a football team was staying. Someone near our room decided to start a party at 4am. Overall the hotel is great.

The rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the hotel does not reflect the images provided online. The ceiling was sagging due to water damage but it was very old. It looks like no one is taking care of the property. Water leak from the shower into the water closet

2 nd floor needs some attention.

Beautiful room with view. AC did not work or TV but they came to repair pretty quickly. Often there was a sewage smell in hallway. They tried to address it a few times. Shower sprayed out into the rest of bathroom. Often had to deal with puddles.

Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. What made it more memorable was Jonathan (manager) pleased us with extra welcome gestures by surprise visit and bringing us chocolates and champagne to make our stay even more pleasant and heartwarming.
