It is an amazing small hotel in an excellent location and a beautiful view of the port from the window.The entire staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the roof top is breathtaking overlooking sunrise and in the evening sunset. We really enjoyed our stay at such lovely place.

This is an amazing property. Beautiful rooms with a port view. Sunsets are beautiful. No parking options and on the louder side as it's in the city but the whole experience was lovely. Such a pretty hotel. ♥️

Location is tops

This is where you want to stay in Old Town. Free Breakfast and 2 minute walk to all the bars restaurants and shopping, right on the waterside walkway.

Amazing property, very centrally located with amazing views from the rooftop breakfast area. Host was amazing with very accommodating and explained us all the things to see in Hania. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and freshly cooked. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the kindness that I experienced from the staff here. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to delays but I wish I had stayed longer. The shower was absolutely amazing, I had stayed in 3 other hotels on my trip prior to this one and they by far had the best shower space, water pressure and cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, the view from the roof is beautiful. The beds are comfy, nice AC and good room. They also arranged for me to have a driver pick me up from the airport when I arrived very late.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the harbour and the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. The late evening or early morning can be a touch noisy because of nearby bars but that didn’t bother us much. It comes with the territory in terms of convenience.

Amazing, historic hotel 1 block behind all the action in Chania! Nice views and beautiful rooms. Evi and George were both very helpful and friendly, all staff was super! Would go back to this Pandora my next time in Chania for sure.

I appreciate the breakfast prepared for us and eaten on the roof of the building seeing the view of harbour and the town area. Of course, the wifi may not be well-connected sometimes which can be improved further. Overall, it is recommendable place for taking a break.

Picturesque- more beautiful than I imagined

The rooms, the building were picturesque. It was a dream. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge when helping me find a taxi to catch a ferry; he went above and beyond. For light sleepers, I’d recommend a room facing the courtyard instead of the water; the noise from the port is very loud at no fault of the hotel.

This hotel was exceptional considering location (walking distance to everything), killer views, room design (duplex with bedroom on 2nd level, bistro table right outside our room), and customer service. The hotel manager George lend us his own lighter to USB converter. I strongly recommend this hotel in Chania.

Absolute gem

We were blown away from the moment we walked into the property from the street, it is simply beautiful! The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We stayed in a superior room with a balcony looking over the harbour, which was absolutely amazing, especially at sunset. It had a separate bedroom and living area, which was a lovely surprise. Great location and value for money, considering how much other hotels in the same area charge. We will definitely return!

The Pandora hotel is a little gem in the old town. We first booked for one night and ended up staying four. The feel of the place is totally relaxed and the people super friendly. The breakfasts are sooo good! The only problem was our wifi but since it forced us not to work and focus on vacation we did not mind so much and just went to the roof for a good reception. We highly recommend it
