This is a great deal and quite safe. When booking a budget hotel/motel I'm often wary of the safety and this is not an issue here. It's a great bargain for sure.

If you are looking for a quiet clean place to stay the night this is a perfect place. We were lucky to get a room facing the lovely river. Like other reviews it is a bit dated but the bed is comfy, the water pressure is great, and the room is a nice size. FYI for coffee lovers there is no coffee machine in the room but we got one from nearby when we left.

Nice hidden gem on the river. Older motel, but quiet, comfy and friendly hosts! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Property seems kind of old but all the essentials are there. Owner turns off the heat when the tenants check out so be prepared for a chilly experience. Other than that, everything was fine and price was right.

I am guessing (and hoping) people will look at this older hotel and move on- good, because I want to keep this OUTSTANDING secret to myself and those who have stayed here. 1) Very Clean. 2) Beds are Great 3) View of the River 4) Excellent Internet 5) Too Many TV Channels ;-) 6) Great water pressure in the shower. The family running it is great and again, everything you need in a hotel- minus a fancy looking building.

Quaint & Conveniently located

The overall look to this place is very quaint. I believe the owner lives on the property. The room was very nicely decorated. The motel is all ground level rooms, so it seems ADA friendly. I checked in at almost 11pm, but Mike greeted me with a smile. He had called me about an hour before, ensuring that I would still be checking in. He is a pleasant man. The property is very conveniently located right off of Interstate 64. I would stay at this property again. I felt very safe as a solo traveler at this place.

It was a decent stay, only slept there after the Jelly Roll concert. It was close to the coliseum, room was clean and beds comfortable. Check in was easy and quick

Hotel is exactly what you pay for. Was good enough for a night passing through. Hotel needs some TLC but was clean. Beautiful Mountain/River view behind hotel. Had benches to sit and watch the sunrise while drinking coffee.

We recently stayed at the budget inn hotel and had a pleasant experience. The place was fairly clean, which made our stay comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the visit. The location is also quite nice, with great river views. Overall, a good choice for a stay!
