Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and updated. Bluetooth mirror was unexpected but useful. Free shuttle to downtown. Staff was friendly. Bed was soft and comfortable. Drinks were reasonable priced. Cons: Bar food was ok. Toppings on chicken sandwich were not fresh. Foul smell one night due to hotel on river bed.

Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. The property is very nice (fairly new & well appointed), and located in convenient location, but slightly off the beaten path. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel smelled good and had a nice Lobby Bar and restaurant. My only complaint is that I called 3 days in advance to request a quiet room away from streets, elevators and ice machines. I reiterated my request upon checking in but somehow I was still placed in a room facing the street and I could hear traffic although not terrible. When a guest goes through this much trouble to request a quiet room, I think at the very least they should be told that their request can't be accommodated, instead of the front desk person basically ignoring them and placing them wherever they have room. The hotel didn't seem that busy, but I would have understand if someone told me that it was full and they couldn't accommodate my request. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night in the hotel didn't seem that busy. The only other complaint was that housekeeping left us to coffee k-pods. One decaf and one regular and no stir sticks. We were there for two nights. Seems like two regular and two decaf might have been more appropriate. Things like this just make me wonder how much quality control there is or how much training staff receive. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here previously and it was fine. There was construction equipment on the premises at the back of the parking lot upon arrival. Did not receive any notice prior to our stay that there would be construction. There was a 4 block parking spot that I parked in and myself and another got blocked in. The staff was no help and we had to Uber to get to our appointment. Was blocked in for hours upon arrival. No shuttle available either. The day of check out, the construction began in the room right next to us at about 7am in the morning. It was inside and outside masonry work. Will not be returning and should be refunded for our entire stay.

Overall, it was a good hotel room if you’re just using it to sleep and shower in. The bathroom door has no lock on it and there is no shower door either. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room itself. It was fairly clean and had very nice staff

Nice place to stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. Not a fan of the shower not having a door, the floor always got wet. Staff was friendly, area felt safe, hotel quiet and restful.Location close to attractions. First and last night of stay smell of marijuana very noticeable

We really liked our room, it was very nice and cozy. However, for the amount we paid, it was disappointing to be expected to pay for breakfast. Then when we were going to pay for the buffet, we were told they weren't doing the buffet. Some of the smaller things like that were annoying, other than that it was nice, not a busy side of town or anything, but we will probably look for a place with breakfast next time
