Great area, close to everything, staff were friendy. Shower was leaking and had to mop up floors with towels after every shower.. a lot of mould on shower tile grout.. rooms and corridors in desperate need of painting. The shower leak and mould in shower was reported to reception but nothing was done while we were there.

Lovely Victorian styled property. It is a little dated but charming. Great location - close to restaurants, markets, shopping and beaches. Parking arrangements, eventhough offsite, were very convenient and close to the property. Staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff. Good location. Inadequate cleaning with a Mouldy bathroom. Thin walls (you hear way to much noise). Poorly maintained walls (paint missing everywhere). Central location - walking everywhere. However, inadequate staff to handle peak hours where large quantity of cruise passengers arrive and depart. Ridiculously priced for a very old and rundown hotel with out of date facilities. It's 222 Australian dollars for our first night and then 388 dollars for the night before cruise departure. We think the hotel is ripping people off. Do not stay there if you can find any other options. Uber is cheap and convenient in Fremental.
