My recent three-night stay at Home2 Suites in West Ashley was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in, making the whole process seamless. The room itself was spacious and clean. I especially appreciated the breakfast offerings. It felt like a home away from home, but with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It has excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Look no further. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Great stay

It fit our needs for our week-long stay and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go in Charleston. I do wish that they would have a no pets floor or designated rooms that were no pets for guests because you can smell a dog scent on the comforter and there was dog hair on the ironing board. The other linens, the room and its setup, as well as the service were great.

I mean, I guess mold/mildew is better than bugs, right? If I had to stay here again, I would, but for the price, I just feel like it could have been a little cleaner. I got put in a handicap accessible room, which I didn’t request, but I was fine with it. After seeing how nasty the bathtub and the shower curtain were, I requested to be moved, and they told me that they were booked full. All week, they wouldn't move me. The front desk woman that was there when I checked in was very unfriendly. breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing. One of the elevators smelled very bad..

The room was spacious with enough space for my family and if I wanted some guests as well, and the furniture and everything seems very nice. The bed wasn't as firm was I would have liked, but I had good sleep so that's what matters. Friendly staff and the daily breakfast buffet was very good. Definitely one of the best for a free breakfast with many choices. They offer reusable dishes and utensils so that's a big plus for me. Everything seemed to be updated and clean.

What I liked was the outstanding service from the front desk, how helpful they were, how professional and upbeat they were. Great service, great hotel, breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be back since we have family in the area. Loved it.
