Upper West Side luxury accommodation

Truly exceptional. Large, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Lovely lounge in the lobby. But the staff were what really makes the Wallace wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really loved staying there!

Excellent staff!

The hostel had an excellent staff that were attentive and helpful. Rooms were cleanly, linens were neat, and shared spaces were well maintained with frequent restroom cleaning. Food on site was fairly priced and of good quality. Check in/out was very easy. Surrounding city area was a little dirty, to no fault of the hostel, and the property itself was very clean. Lots of food options in the area for takeout and smaller dine-in locations. Close to the subway entrance and multiple bus stops for easy public transit.

Lovely hotel in an amazing neighborhood. So convenient and quiet. Room was clean and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at the Lucerne. Love the UWS and proximity to the Park, great restaurants and playgrounds nearby, right by the subway station, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, quiet, comfy, clean, and well-decorated. We will be back the next time we come to NYC. Thanks to all the Lucerne team!

Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a pillow choice. Not much counter space in bathroom was a little challenging.
