Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was noise from parking lot. Car blaring horns and racing engines. Would not stay here again. Loud guests from 9 until 11pm. Then cars racing around shopping center and blowing horns.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. The room clean. The bed comfortable. Bathroom clean but needs updating. However, we had a fire alarm start beeping around 12:45 AM. Called down to the desk about 1:15 after I finally found a direct number to the front desk. I was told no one could come do anything about it till 7AM, so there was nothing they could do. The alarm was goung off at least every 20 seconds the entire night. This was frustrating as sleep was impossible. We were extremely tired after a six hour ride to attend a funeral. When we had mentioned this when checking out the staff seemed indifferent. I feel this whole horrible night could have been avoided if someone had just brought us a fresh battery. We tried to remove the one in the alarm but the alarm kept going off. We can only assume the battery was some type of backup as it appeared hard wired. I was frustrated that no one seemed to care that we had such a bad night prior to attending a funeral and having to drive 6 hours back home.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was barking and howling dogs left alone in the rooms .I would suggest not having dogs on floors where other patrons don't have animals.

It was a convenient location. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The door didn't seal well and it was loud when others were in the hall. The bathroom needs a total remodel.
