Their communication needs to improve. Asked reception to send housekeeping in the morning, only to return and ask again. House keeping on the first day did nothing other than just making the bed. Property is excellent but the service not so much

Booked and paid for a month ago . Arrived to be told i had no booking . Took 30 minutes to correct . Then given room that smelled stinking dishwasher. Inspected 2 more rooms unclean and broken toilet.Finally placed in room two and a half hours later only to find when using bathroom the waste bin was full of cigarette butts and tampons . Terrible experience would not recommend Checked out at 7 am to find other accomodation . Awaiting refund

Great shower great bed de and w/m - dirty areas broken windows not properly cleaned iron grime baked on NO PARKING INCL which was what was requested and most expensive after waiting few days poor communication with Wotif as needed to change length of stay. DO NOT ADVISE APPS for any bookings
