This hotel shouldn’t be in operation. Cockroaches in room. Maintenance man Shawn was rude and dismissive. He was at the front desk when I checked out and showed him pics of roaches in the room and he just shrugged. Fire this guy. Also the cleaning lady who was nice, did tell me that Shawn helps her clean the rooms because she’s the only housekeeer and he regularly doesn’t strip the beds just remakes them. I had to be given multiple rooms from Neela (who was super nice) because the rooms were unmade, closed due to no water, and then one which was never stripped just remade and had blood on the pillows.

The room was just what we needed, and clean. We weren't looking for anything luxurious or even really spacious. This wasn't luxurious or spacious, but we were pleased with how clean everything was, and also noticed extra amenities like deodrant, and sunscreen for example. When we entered our room, a pleasant fresh aroma greeted us. The neighborhood may have had some homeless people or other characters that we saw that looked questionable, and the lady at the front desk had her office locked. When we arrived, she came to the window and unlocked for us to come inside. She was friendly and our check-in went smoothly. We were on a business trip and would stay there again because of the good price.

The staff was able to get me the same room rate as Expedia which I highly appreciated because I needed two rooms. The staff was very very nice. They have some really good products for free when you walk in and inside the room. I do feel the rooms could have been cleaner I used to be a housekeeper so maybe I'm a little OCD lol. The heater did not work in either my or my mom's it blew out cold air but the view overall I had a good day The view was amazing my first time staying in the mountains.
