Room was adequate, we only stayed overnight so were given a room with a concrete wall view i guess, we used the aircon as it was stuffy but we had just come from Europe 3deg so maybe it was us. Comms regarding the shuttle was not updated so we ended up walking around like lost sheep, rang hotel and was told to find D bay at the international at 9pm, for the now apparent bus transfer we werent updated on the recent change. Room service menu isnt what is stipulated, and is rather expensive but we were hungry and tired and just wanted to be by ourselves. Check in was friendly as was check out, thankyou, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, good amenities, and bed was comfy. Overall was adequate for an overnighter.

The room was clean and well stocked with towel, coffee, milk in the mini frig. Check in was easy. It was a lager footprint of a hotel than I imagined due to the huge parking lot separate building, main hotel, conference room building outside walkways that connect the hotel. The shuttle from Auckland domestic terminal only comes every 25 minutes and you must look for the yellow large bus that says jet park. There are other yellow buses but the light up banner says other stop so make sure you get the right bus.

Location and price were extremely good. The bus shuttle was also convenient as it runs 24/7. Room was clean and updated. The property is in good condition. I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8.

Helpful staff. Good amenities. Being able to leave my car while I was overseas and get the hotel bus to and from the airport made my trip so easy. FYI parking is free for a number of days if booking is made with the hotel which I had not known.
