Plumbing constantly was going off through the night. Very loud. Bed was not very comfortable and it had a type of plastic underlayer that was also loud whenever moving. One of the worse nights of sleep I've had in a hotel (due to hotel factors).

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and the service staff is attentive. It is farther away from restaurants. Which means you'll have to order food and drinks from the hotel, which is can be pricey. If you'd like more food options at a reasonable price, stay at the IBIS.

Arrived in NZ from LAX at 5AM. Hotel was accommodating with a late 1:30PM check out that enabled us to refresh and recharge before NZ our trip. The hotel was very close to the airport, super clean, nice and comfy beds. The kids loved the breakfast and fell asleep soundly soon thereafter. Would recommend for travelers arriving and departing near the airport

Handy with the airport shuttle. Room was quite small and had a stale smell as did the foyer. The snack bar downstairs had some good affordable options. The wake up call I booked never happened, when I asked at reception later she said it was still processing in the system (no apology offered) luckily I woke up for my flight.
