Check in staff friendly. Basic small room, which reflected the price paid, room felt damp, quite dusty and the bathroom smelt of mould with poor ventilation. Room was next to the motorway so could hear road noise all night and the room would shake when a heavy vehicle went past. Paid extra for the breakfast buffet in the morning and all the “hot” food was cold. The fruits and some hot food item were not replenished while I was there even with it still being early and many more guest still to come. I like the free parking during your staff and there’s ample parking spaces.

Good facilities, close to airport. But was very noisy, kids running through hallways upstairs while parents down in restaurant. Took hours before it was sorted. Hotel misplaced our keys when we returned from holiday and didn’t seem too fussed and didn’t really apologise.
