Staff very unfriendly and not accommodating. I had reservations for a handicap accessible room when I got there did it not give it to me they gave me a room upstairs. I have a bad ankle.

The stay lasted 2hrs and I asked for a refund. There were stains all over the sheets and pillows. I killed 3 roaches within 1hr of the stay. The TV kept going out. The walls were covered in random debris. The door lock wouldn't lock and the swing lock was completely missing from the door.
Roaches that I killed.
My request for a refund due to the conditions of the room.

This place was so terrible disgusting. All the blankets are Stained there was pubic hairs on the toilet seat there was people's hair in the bed and even all over the pillow cases.the floors haven't been swept in weeks maybe even months. The walls were yellow.. staff was completely rude they were drug dealers and people drinking all over the steps.. homeless people living outside

The staff was nice. The rooms were dirty they had roaches. People were fighting at all times of the night. There were drugs deals going on at this Motel. It is not a Motel 6 anymore, I would not suggest anyone stay at this Motel. The rooms were just plain awful.

When we checked into the first room, it smelled strongly of marijuana and something old. The mattresses were stained with urine, there was hair everywhere, and the whole room was extremely dirty. We went to the front desk, and they gave us another room. It looked slightly cleaner at first, but it still had a terrible smell. When we tried to sleep, we found many bedbugs that bit us all night. The place felt very unsafe and unhygienic. We stayed in that room for about 30 minutes, trying to fall asleep, but the bedbugs kept biting us. We went back to the front desk and asked to check out and get a refund, but the staff refused to return our money and said they couldn’t help us. They also didn’t provide any documents or receipts confirming the cancellation. In the end, we had to sleep in our car the whole night, because staying in that motel was impossible and unsafe.
