Comfortable but needs work

The stay at the Best Western was good overall. The door to the third floor needs a new key card reader. It took almost five minutes each time to get it to work.

It was just barely okay. Check in was slower than most hotels in my experience, there’s no elevators, the pool was closed, there’s no a/c in the hallways, all the vending machines were out of order, and there was no shower curtain. It wasn’t horrible but I certainly would not stay here again

Breakfast hours seem to be whenever they want to put it out and not according to the schedule provided in the room. Twice we went at the posted hours to find it not available. Maintenance struggles with broken bathtub faucets and aging tv screens.

We had a nice stay. The only disappointing part was having to carry luggage up stairs. There was no elevator in this hotel.
