Great clean hotel. Room was outstanding and the staff was friendly and helpful. Besy location to get anywhere in Charlotte. Lots of resteraunt and shops within walking distance.

Hotel was busy due to the Metallica concert but was clean and comfortable. When I went to check in the front desk person completely ignored me and tended to the person that jumped the line. When he left, she looked at me and then to the person standing behind me. I thought she was going to skip me again but fortunately she didn’t. Kind of shocked it happened at a Marriott. Usually service is better than that.

The property was lovely and in close proximity to dining and shopping options. Unfortunately, the walls to the corridors were paper thin as I heard every footstep and door closure. In addition, there was a nightclub located across the street and i could hear their music for a fair portion of the night. Despite that, the staff was warm and friendly, especially Kiana who took the time to help me explore the various dining options avaliable to me as well as recommendations from other guests.
