Upon arrival I had to switch rooms due to the 1st room having open paint cans sitting on the desk. Front desk clerk was very apologetic. The 2nd room was nice and clean.

The hotel is convenient, clean, and the staff friendly. The pool is pretty cold, for an indoor pool, but didn’t deter my little kids. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was gray. The milk near expiration. The cheese had been exposed to air and hardeners. Diverse breakfast choices where most everything was terrible. The rooms are spacious - 2 queen and sofa bed. The pillows were cozy, but the mattresses were extra extra firm.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly The bathroom was spacious and there was an automatic night light for when I had to use the facility in the rmiddle of the night. I will stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

No longer have the hot tub 😔 one of the main reason I booked this place again. On the positive side the room did have a microwave 😊 room was very spacious, clean, comfy beds and updated rooms. Overall a great experience! Staff very attentive and very helpful!

Hotel did not look entirely as advertised, it is looong overdue for a renovation. Room was somewhat clean but the towels had clumps of hair in them. The walls are so thin you can hear people getting off the elevator from the opposite side of the hall. Also the AC system is extremely loud every time it turns off or on. Will not be booking again. The only redeeming quality was the kindness of the staff and front desk.

The bedding, pillows and towels had hair on them. I stayed 4 days, 3 nights and did not have cleaning service at all during my stay. I emptied my own trash and when I asked for clean towels to swap, they were not available.
