The staff at the front desk were a little nonchalant but the staff in the dining and bar were fabulous! The property was old but well kept. I wish there was hotel security for the parking lot. However, we had a great stay. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious! The only downfall was the pool was not clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Unexpected visit

I came in at midnight with lots of other people from the airport. We had all had our flights canceled, but the front desk handled us swiftly and with grace. They even had a basket of toothbrushes and samples of toothpaste on the counter ready for us to grab because they knew we didn’t have our luggage. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and we got right back on the shuttle to the airport on schedule.

The heat would not go above 64 degrees on my room thermostat. There weren’t anymore rooms available and they were out of extra blankets. The front desk did give me some extra points but would not refund my money. Last few times I stayed, there have been basketball teams and cheerleading teams there. A little noisy with kids back and forth up and down the staircases and doors slamming.
