Pleasant Surprise in South Park

Lovely property and comfortable, well-appointed suite. Unfortunately did not get to enjoy many amenities as a thunderstorm knocked out hotel power during our stay. Staff was excellent, however, in providing flashlights and help during the “adventure”. Pleasantly surprised by above-average options on the included breakfast buffet, and restaurant-like feel to the separate dining area. Highly recommend.

My reserved room was not ready and I was directed to the Hilton Garden hotel, which is the adjoining hotel on site. I was charged for the night room rate, meanwhile I had made the reservation using my Expedia one point miles. Where are miles then, if I am being charged for the room on my credit card?

Poperty was rated a three star and if it were not for some little things I would rate it higher. Breakfast was bland to poor at best. I couldn't access the internet as you would normally do (Hilton Honors),; just little things other than the breakfast

Very clean! Amazing staff. You do have to pay for parking which is 10.00$ a night. The rooms are very spacious I would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the mall.
