The window did not fully close in room 323. It is the middle of winter! I had the heating pumping all night at 85 degrees. Very uncomfortable sleep. Also, mold in the bathroom. Also, no bar (shown in the pictures). Very misleading. Staff were nice, but I will not stay there again. Wouldn’t recommend.

At my check-in, the lady at the front desk Bre, was very friendly and patient as my credit card didn’t register immediately. I allowed another customer to handle their business and I again scanned my card and it was acknowledged. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. My only concern was the lack of a room safe. I didn’t notice any. The hotel is quite and close to the airport and a short ride to downtown Charlotte.

The rooms are clean but definitely outdated. Needs a renovation. The airport shuttle was great and breakfast was average. This airport hotel is good for a one night stay.

All in all, I had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport and the hotel itself was great in terms of location close to the airport and free shuttle service. However, the breakfast and staff experience were disappointing, and I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, it’s a good option, but be aware that the breakfast and service may not be as great as expected. The selection was limited, and the quality didn’t match the standards of the rest of the hotel. There were very few options, and the food wasn’t fresh. For an all-you-can-eat breakfast, I expected more variety and better quality, but it felt like a rushed afterthought.
