Stayed only a couple of days. Quiet area, hotel staff were attentive, and dining options are in close proximity. However, hotel is dated, stain throughout carpet, and I’ve found several hair stains on bath towels.

The room was clean and seemed pretty recently renovated. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided were nice. However, we chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. That said, they only have one shuttle van, which doesn't start until 5am, and can only take so many people every half hour. The shuttle was not going to have room until 6am. This meant we paid extra for this hotel because of this service and then had to pay for an uber anyway so we could make it to our flight on time. Breakfast on weekends isn't until 7:30, so we couldnt use that either...not even grab and go stuff is available before that. This seems late for an airport hotel. We also were hoping to use the pool but that is not open until Memorial Day. It is close to a few places to eat, which is handy.

We like to stay at a Hyatt Place when it’s a one night event. This hotel is great, close to the airport and shuttle is on time . The restaurant wasn’t open except for the bar and they whipped up some French fries for us because we got in Late . The Breakfast was good .

You heard a compactor run all night loud crashing and banging. When I asked to change the room the front desk person gave me an attitude. The elevator button was broken smashed on 3rd floor, and the rooms smelt musty:

I’m not sure how this hotel gets such good reviews. Our room was beyond dated, which would have been fine had it been properly cleaned. We found dead bug on the ceiling and our headboard had all these drip stains on it and I’m hoping it was cleaning product that wasn’t properly wiped down. The bathroom was also in poor condition with mold in certain spots. Breakfast starts at 6 am and somehow there was no coffee at 6:10 am. The breakfast was decent enough, though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the assistant manager who helped check us in early. There are better hotels for a quick stay before a flight.

Only one lift working. Shuttle very small so not able to use at the time tgat suited. Breakfast just ok. Room was very spacious and good so thats the real positive at hotel. Staff good

The hotel is in need of renovations. The room had an rotten smell that they tried to alleviate with an air purifier due to them supposedly having no other rooms available.
