Convenient to areas we wanted to visit, walk, & eat. Staff were very friendly & kind & cheerful. Room & bathroom were clean. Breakfast was excellent! A lot of food variety to select from. The staff kept all areas tidy & with smiles & good morning wishes. South exterior door card lock was not working so hubby had to inconviently walk to the front lobby to enter hotel. He's healthy & the walk was not a bother but just to let you folks know the eletronics needs work for the next person. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Expected more from the Hyatt

The room was dingy. The shower made a loud squealing noise. The mattress and pillows were subpar. Putting 2 pillows together in an attempt to make one and they both fell flat. The best part of the stay was the service from the young lady who checked us in. And both of the shuttle drivers. One staff member behaved as if every little question asked of her was an inconvenience to answer. She was out right rude.

I would have liked to know prior to booking that parking was paid for parking. Did not see that anywhere selecting this property. The front desk had one person for check in and was interrupted taking phone calls during checkin, had to ask where elevators were and was not told that ice machines were only on the third and fifth floors. Could have been much more personable. I had to ask questions that in most hotels have the information readily provided by the person checking in. .
