New 43" Smart TV in Living Room and Smart TV in Master. Hi-speed wireless internet! The community pool and tennis/pickleball court are only steps away.

Lakehouse Wine Bar & Grill restaurant is just a few steps from the elevator, offering excellent food and drinks. A short distance away is Morningside Marina (704-746-3753) which offers boat, jet ski and wet slip rental.
