Checked out early. Hotel was filthy Room was filthy and in disrepair. Very disappointed and would like refund of any fees for the night I did not stay. There was constant pounding coming through the ceiling from the guests staying above me

Run away! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

First the good. They let us check in an hour early. The girl was less than friendly, and didn’t even give us basic information. The rest of the staff was ok. The bad. The room immediately smelled of smoke and mold. It was in fact moldy, the side of the bed, the ceiling, the floor. The sheets on the beds were dirty. There were hair ties in the shower. The carpet and couch felt sticky and gross and were covered in stains. There were dead bugs on the tables. The door to the room would not close unless you lifted it up and pushed on it. The air vents were covered in dirt and mold. They did not offer any correction or compensation for the disaster of the room other than to change sheets. Then when we were going to check out they had added another charge to my account that I had to have removed. It took them over two hours to come change the sheets when we asked them to change the moldy bed skirt they said they didn’t know they came off!!! We couldn’t leave because they charge your room plus another $150! There was also busted out car windows in the parking lot. They had no hand towels. The halls were dirty in fact the entire hotel was gross. They also clearly don’t do maintenance and the fixtures would fall off the walls or be hanging off about to. Run away do NOT stay. I will say Leslie the house keeper and her team were pleasant enough. I stay in more the 15 hotels a year and this has been one of the worst ever. Hopefully I can upload all of the pictures I took.

Don’t stay on the 3rd floor. It’s run down and it’s clear that the long term residents are the ones who run that floor. Can’t forget to mention the roaches that were all over the 3rd floor.

Great hotel at a great price

Clean location and excellent amenities for the price. I extended my stay an extra 5 days because I liked the place so much. My only complaint was that I asked for new towels and bed linens on 2 occasions and did not receive them.

The girl room was nice and spacious we loved that and had a small kitchen loved that as well only thing is the was writing on the walls from children an the lamp shade was dirty n a giant hole was covered on the door other then those thing this was a nice stay I hope they fix the small things cause this is easily a five star hotel honestly the night time stag and morning staff are so very nice
