The first issue was the sink leaked really bad to the point where I had to put a towel down on the floor. The second issue was there was a roach spotting in my room.

Although it was clean, the renovation work was sloppy, for example, the caulking around the sinks and showers is messed up and not complete. The bed was only OK. There were only three pillows. The neighborhood is loud and I didn’t feel very safe.

Found out about a shooting at the property less than a month ago, people linger outside of their rooms, they charged me a 50 deposit and kept it, they said the towels were dirty, I told them I wiped the sink and refrigerator and dressers down; with the said dirty towel they still refused to give my money back

Non smoking rooms are charged a deposit, I am not a smoker and did not want to be in a smoking room for the sake of not paying a deposit, so I paid; when it was time to get my deposit they would not give me my $50 deposit back; I cleaned up a spill
