Ordered two queen beds for me and my 250lb son (I weigh 300lb). Instead they gave us 1 King to share. Very uncomfortable. Small room. Not sure what I am paying for, the weak attempt at being a "cool" or "modern" designed hotel or if something else. I will not stay at this chain again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved the hotel! The lobby has a fun look, it’s very colorful with a gorgeous mural on the wall next to the pool table. The staff greeted us warmly and were very informative of the amenities offered at the hotel. Our room was decorated very well, with many lamps to offer ambient lighting. We loved the comfortable bed and the complimentary well-scented shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast in the morning was very plentiful, complete with a pancake maker, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and more! There was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby as well. It was very delicious. The reason I’m giving our experience 4 stars is because of the small cockroach we found in our room. The room appeared quite clean and we noticed no dirty aspects. We stayed in two different rooms and only experienced this in one of them.

The hotel was close to our driving route, the hot included breakfast was very good, the room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Great dining options were nearby. Highly recommended and enjoyable.

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Krysta, Christopher, and Emani. Each of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued as a guest. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. In addition, I want to extend my gratitude to several other staff members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. Whether it was the warm greeting at the front desk, the helpful concierge, or the housekeeping team who kept everything immaculate — each person played a part in making my stay feel special. Easy on/off from I-77. Property still relatively new. Design is a bit on the Spartan side. Complimentary breakfast was fine, but access to seating was a challenge. Beds were initially comfy, but a bit unsupportive if you’re a side sleeper. We’d consider staying here again, after first checking-out availability of other nearby Hilton brands.
