Never got to check in. Arrived at the property, waited in line 40 minutes to get to the desk, just to be told they had “overbooked” so they decided to cancel my reservation last minute. They claimed someone had contacted me within the last hour; yet I was standing there in line the entire time. Festivals in the area so no other rooms available anywhere else, now in town with nowhere to stay.

Regrettably, this hotel photos do not align with what we experienced. That staff was extremely friendly. However, the room was stayed in was dirty was left the first thing in the morning. We only stayed that night because of the time. The furniture was very stained and lacked cleaning. The second bathroom had the lower body hairs. The hallway floors were extremely sticky. Additionally, there were people hanging in the car. After a littler more searching, I found a story regarding an unfortunate incident held in

Hopefully, just an off day

Unfortunatley, room was not clean, toilet had hair in it, smell was really bad. Did not feel especially safe, men in parking area drinking and smoking what smelled like weed. Came back to our room after we had checked in a few hours earlier and key card did not work, employee helped but seemed to act as if someone else was in/ should be in our room. once we got in we found the refrigerator door open and signs of someone having been in room. Nothing missing to our knowledge though. Ended up leaving and not spending the night.

The bed was is in terrible condition. It had a huge dip, creaked, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Plus the ceiling in the bathroom had mold growth.

Unfortunately I got a call on Thursday at 1pm saying they overbooked the rooms and had some pay payments to extend their stay so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. The day before my vacation. The pay at the hotel opinion should not be an opinion if they are going to just give your room away or at least a confirmation call or even a deposit to lock customers in. Manager was a horrible doing the conversation and just not helpful with accommodating!!

Total quality decline

This hotel has really taken a dive for the worse. The floors are filthy and looked like they haven't been mopped in 2 straight months!! I asked for the floor to be mopped 3 times and it never got done. I went in two rooms and the bottom of the stove looks like it's falling apart. For two nights in a row this hotel had guest who played loud music outside. I complained the first time... nothing was done. Then, a second time and nothing was done. I finally had to make them aware that the third time would be the police and it finally stopped. The last two times, I've noticed that there seems to be people living there that smoke marijuana all day as you could smell it on different floors. This used to a nice spot. Now it looks like a Section 8 dive.
