I didn’t like anything about this property. It was grimy, dirty and nasty. When I walked across the floor my shoes sounded sticky. The floor was not clean. The furniture had rips and tears and was dirty. It was a gray couch that looked black, just disgusting. The other guest was telling the Front Desk about the Drug Addicts sleeping on the steps. They were trying to sell different things like shoes. They were harassing her kids, a 9 and 16 year old. She was livid. That place is Hell. I would never recommend anyone stay there. Run the other way. Don’t even stay close to there.

The room was perfect for the trip. I was disappointed that the microwave and dishwasher in our room didn't work. Also, we did not get fresh towels daily. When i asked for frsh towels, the rep said the ran out. Thank god there was a washer/dryer in our room and i was able to wash some of our towels.

The app told me I paid for 2 bedroom w/ a balcony and when I got there they gave me a 1 bedroom no balcony. So I was really disappointed and it had a shared bathroom.

refund needed

while the service was okay, the room was disappointing and underwhelming. to start it was set to 83 degrees in the summer which is insanity. Then in the bathroom was a pile of dirty towels and the hung up towel there for us to use had little pube hairs, there was only one clean rag, every thing else was dirty. the bed was made but only had one pillow and the other pillow in the closet was nasty with orange mystery stains.the couch in the “living room” smelled like dogs and had dog hair everywhere. the balcony was smaller then the photos. the kitchen didn’t have any spoons only forks. we didn’t go downstairs to complain because we only stayed for a night and didn’t want any problems with the people in the front but i would never stay there again just based off the nastiness of the room.

Filthy place. Furniture is all stained and the whole room smells very bad. Dirt & all kind of stains are on the doors, walls, mold, dirty blinds & curtains. Just gross overall. Not kids friendly place. Hallways always smell like weed and cigarettes. On top of everything neighbors were very loud in the middle of the night keeping the whole family up for several hours. Kids were shocked for sure and we were all super tired every morning. It seems like it’s a very convenient to have 2-3 bedroom available, but it was just extremely dirty and unsafe place to stay. I wish I can attach some pictures of furnitures, just shameful to have nasty rooms like this for rental. We had to cover everything in trash bags in order to use it… now positive - close to Carowinds and some groceries stores & restaurants.
