Everything was great, pool a plus

We had such a nice day at this hotel. It was very opening and all the workers. Everybody was so nice. The pool was a great factor as I got up early in the morning and went for a swim. It’s a small pool, but it’s a great kind of workout pool

The desk left me waiting nearly an hour for the “courtesy” shuttle to the hotel, a ride that took about 7 minutes once it arrived. Not good!! Bar prices were excessive, what happens when you have a captive audience

Great location, for us anyway, easy to get too and parking right on site was a plus. The little thing I loved was in the bathroom they have a magnifying mirror ... a definite plus and not found too often, so thank you.

Average hotel with outdated amenities

Very outdated rooms. Small bathrooms. Sink outside the bathrooms in the main hallway. Very outdated. Overall okay experience. Restaurant is okay. Expensive with average food. Terrible service. Two people serving everyone. They were running around crazy ignoring almost everyone. Terrible. Will never stay there again.

My only complaint about the area surrounding the property is there isn't anything to walk to. If you want to adventure outside of the facility, you need to order some kind of transportation service. However, it is really close to the airport, which was perfect for our own night layover. It was far enough from the airport, where you couldn't hear the planes, but close enough that we arrived within a 10 minute Uber ride this morning. It is very clean in the rooms, and there's a ton of space for luggage. We had two large bags, two carry on bags and two backpacks and still had plenty of space around us in the room.

Stayed for 1 night as we had an early flight in the morning so we wanted to be close to the airport.. The fridge was not working in our room and when notified, they immediately moved us to a different room & delivered the keys so we didnt even have to go back to the front desk... The thermostat wasnt working in that room but it wasn't a big issue so we didn't notify the front desk... The front desk employee was also able to book an additional room for us, quickly and easily... The bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair on the floor and on the shower walls)
