We booked the Suite and was in the Gallery Suite. Aircon there but they wont switch it on and gave us 2 lousy fans that wouldnt be enough to move a piece of paper around. One of the TV's didnt work and no hot water in our shower for entire 2 day stay. No seperate bedroom are as shown in pictures of the suite. Refused to change our room and staff most unhelpful. Was waiting on speaking to manager who didnt even bother and not even at the hotel running the thing. On middle of busy road and looked quite derilect. Hotel was tired and run down and would be better of simoly being demolished. Parking machine broken so couldnt register your car to stop parking fine. So awaiting an incoming fine through the post. Whatever you do...avoid like the plague! Absolutey nothing in the way of remedying our multiple issues amd simply couldnt care less.
Cold shower, no items in room, dated and worn, not clean when mensioned to staff there was no followup.

Restaurant & Food was nice, staff were friendly.
The suite we stayed in was 206, shower valve was not allowing hot water through so could not use as was cold, bath tap needs repairing as dribbling water constantly, only stayed one night but if staying longer would have asked to move rolms, car park was easy albeit only 1 disability parkkng space
Dated; dirty towel and bedsheets; stains of mould in the bathroom; a background noise heard at night (not coming from the outside but from the upstairs floor).
Allowed us to check in earlier, which we appreciated. Evening meals were excellent, very large portions. However, breakfast on the first day was poor as the hot food wasn't being replenished, better on the 2nd morning. We didn't have our room serviced, which was disappointing.
