Bathroom has no hand washing liquid.and not properly cleaned
Extremely convenient location for visititing Gloucester and Cheltenham. Very spacious well equipped rooms. Great pillows and bedlinen. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Excellent experience. Will return. Only negative is the room didn’t have a fridge.
Nice staff and under renovation arc the time . Could do with a few upgrades inside

Room was ok, acceptable to sleep in. The shower was terrible. The head was too close to the wall and the water pressure was rubbish I would have to lean against the wall to get wet!
The buffet breakfast was cold. Fruit was average, and the crossiants were stale.
Would not stay here again!

Ok for the price.
Clean and tidy, despite appearing to have been recently refurbished, it felt very tired and dated!! Lots of little niggles (lamps not working, no kettle in the room, cold shower) which fell short of what I'd have expected from a Ramada, and probably explained the budget hotel price!!

Lovely and attentive staff, nice location, great sized rooms. Excellent value
The corridors stank of Marijuana. The tap, when turned to hot, didnt work. One of the towels had stains on it. There was no heating - it was absolutely freezing. The photos online are definitely catfishing this place!
My room was very smelly as there was a plumbing issue with the toilet and I had to be given a new room when I showed the problem. I was given a suite as it was the only room available but it looked really tired inside, kettle was missing in general need of a renovation. I was moved again to a smaller room for the other night and similar condition.
On the plus side the staff were lovely and the food was well priced and good quality.
The reception was unmanned at 7am with a number to call I tried twice as I needed a VAT reciept , no one came and I had to leave to go to a meeting ... very poor
