The property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didn’t realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day.

The room was beautiful as well as the common areas of the hotel. The decor was nice as they linked it to the textile industry in Knoxville. Justin at the front desk was outgoing and friendly. The bartender and the morning front desk person were not as cordial.
