This accomodation was clean, tidy, warm and a comfortable bed but the bedroom and bathroom were so noisy particularly through the window area. We wouldn't stay again based on feeling like we were trying to sleep in the middle of Riccarton Road. This may have been just because our room was adjacent to the road, this may not be a problem in some of the other rooms. There was no noise issue in the lounge/kitchen part.

Location is great it has a heat pump and is clean. The pillows are lovely and it's nice to have a seperate bedroom. It has a reasonably comfortable sofa but it is small.

I booked a studio unit it had a sliding door out to a small table & chairs the room was also very sunny. I loved the addition in the bathroom of the body lotion. Room has obviously been renovated at some stage as was very modern. Would definitely stay again.

Would not stay here again. Positives - room was large and warm. Bathroom was a good size. Negatives - the Tv was hard to navigate when it worked. It kept on dropping the internet. It took me an hour to watch 20 minutes of my program. General internet connection was virtually non existent. Could not do any work at night. Do not stay in room 206. Asked to be shifted to another room, lady on reception said it was fully booked so no, room next door was vacant all night. She didn’t want to help and when it was time for her to leave for the evening just advised she had finished for the day and I needed to phone the emergency number. Not helpful at all. Place was not vacuumed for many days. I stay in many motels and this is the only time I have written a very negative review for many years.

Comfortable stay and clean although the floors in the kitchen and bathroom had hair on them from previous occupants. We also had ants in the kitchen even though we had no food. Reception did give us some ant spray which helped. Location is great close to town, the park and local eateries however it is noisy at night being on a busy road.

The studio with king bed was very spacious and quiet, and well equipped….i have stayed in the one bedroom apartment before which was on the street side and was noisy at night time but the studio was on the other side and was very quiet and had a nice outlook to the garden area….would stay again
