Your gym was a BIG let down, there were only 2 treadmills in your gym and neither one was working. I was highly disappointed. There is a missing and broken tile in your middle elevator that needs to be fixed ASAP because someone can fall by walking into the elevator and not seeing the missing tile. The guy who worked the omelet station was very friendly, outgoing and gave great service to all.

Property is BEAUTIFUL. They did NOT advertise that the pool was closed, and they did NOT honor my request for adjoining rooms even though I requested the rooms in March They promised to give me extra points for the inconveniences, I’m still waiting 2 weeks later! Disappointed in the brand I love so much!

I was given a code to pay for parking and there was know where to enter the code so I had to pay for parking. I said something about it they said when you get sent an email about your stay say something about. I did have got no response. We chose this hotel because of the pool and the pool was closed with no reason why . It was a good stay other than these things .

Overall my stay was just fine. This is an older hotel and the lobby looks the same as it did many years ago. There was a lot of trash by the ice machine on the 7th floor, and piles of towels in the hall near the elevator. There are some missing tiles in the elevator that could pose a safety hazard. My room was clean and every staff member that I interacted with was courteous and friendly.

Upon check in, the front desk staff informed me that the king suite I paid for was unavailable and they had to switch me to a double queen room. When I got to the room, both sinks were backed up and draining slow, the toilet seat was loose and pinched my leg when I sat down, and the back hall room they put me in on the 9th floor smelled like marijuana. There were people running up and down the halls all night, being loud, liquor bottles left by the elevator, and I saw people sleeping in the lobby with bags overnight. I did not feel safe letting my teenage son even go down the hall to get ice. There was also a fight on a lower floor that caused an insane amount of noise in the middle of the night. The Embassy used to be my hotel of choice when I visited Virginia but I’ll never stay in this hotel again.
