Room was nice no view, bed very high and small for a king size. Free stuff in mini bar very nice and decor. Staff friendly and informative. Bar expensive and breakfast chaotic and had to ask for stuff to be refilled and for coffee and tea as it didn’t arrive. Also some Menu choices unavailable as now food deliveries.

Lovely hotel. Great ambience and decor in all areas. Rooms, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.I specifically appreciated the little bottle of fresh milk jn the mini bar. Lovely comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for central Chester shops, sights etc. We would happily stay here again.

Great weekend break. Ideally located for all the shops and local attractions like the amphitheatre and The Rows. Staff very friendly and room was comfortable. Great walk in shower in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. Never had t wait to be seen to a table and service was top notch.

Great weekend stay

Stayed in Chester for the weekend to watch our children take part in the marathon. Hotel is in a great location right next to a lovely park & near all the shops and sights. Bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing! They catered well for gluten free at breakfast although a gf sausage would have been nice (they are so readily available these days) The bacon etc was "help yourself" but people were using the same tongues to pick them out as the hash browns which weren't gf. Please be mindful of cross contamination. I just used my fork and it was all delicious. We hired a mobility scooter from Shopmobility and it had been delivered to the hotel before we arrived - so efficent and the lady on reception was really friendly & helpful throughout the stay. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend the Hotel Indigo

We felt spoilt , as when asked by the lovely lady, greeting us as we entered the hotel, she asked were we celebrating anything and we said our 45th wedding anniversary. WoW a complimentary drink to start and really attentive staff when we were having our meal The meal was fantastic too :)
