Allowed to check in early. Had to pay for parking but we were given an extended time free of charge. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Gym was excellent for a hotel. Pool was lovely and clean! Breakfast in the morning was great and excellent service. Hotel is slightly dated but has an old school vibe so it suits it. All amenities available in the room. Comfortable nights sleep

Everything was clean, well maintained and the staff was excellent. Really great facilities as well. The one downside was the shower in the room bathroom - to fit as a corner unit the door was SO small I had to turn sideways to get in and even then I had to squeeze in.

Great location

Lovely stay in the hotel, excellent location and very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Not enough rails to dry towels so were changed each day, if you like a soft pillow take your own

Good location to the town centre. Breakfast buffet good but needs some more fruit options. Part of building overlooks main dual carriageway with associated nouse. Wi-Fi very slow.

There was nothing I disliked about the property but the surrounding area is a bit grubby and run down. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained as a whole but I had a few issues with the room which hopefully will be resolved when brought to the attention of the hotel

Excellent staff

The staff were very friendly and were helpful to not only me and my partner but also to an older couple when we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety to choose from (I would have liked to see more choice of cereals though). The only improvement I would make is the interior of the hotel is starting to look a bit dated so a refurbishment wouldn't be unwelcome.

Nice stay but needs updating.

Lovely stay in a room with a view of the canal and a balcony, however if you sat on the balcony you looked at a wall. You can only see the canal on tip toes over the wall. We be paid extra for the balcony and canal view but it was a waste of money. No air-con so we left the patio doors open and the fan on. There was a fridge which was a surprise . We had bottle water on the 1st morning morning we had to request for the next two. The breakfast was lovely and fresh the waiting staff were great.
