Great place to stay

This ideally-located hotel is a fine place to stay. The staff is very helpful, the wifi works, the rooms are a good size and comfortable, and the good breakfast seems to be included with all rates. It's near the fantastic Sunday night market I had heard so much about, and walking distance to a variety of ornate temples. The only negative I encountered: they have an airport shuttle, and I sent them an email with my arrival details, but they never responded to the email and no one was at the airport. This was a minor problem, though, since fixed-rate airport taxis (150B) were easy to get.

Quiet room, friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. The old town of Chiang Mai, i.e. the part within the moat, has many tourists, but the Jomkitti is a true haven. Would very much recommend.

Good lpcation

Hotel was in a good location for visiting temples and room was clean. Breakfast was good quality but room service is only available from 11am to 2pm. It is opposite a school which get busy around 4 pm and in the morning the noise can be loud at 7.30am

Excellent hotel! Facilities, staff and location were great. Would come back anytime. For unrelated reasons half of my stay in Chang Mai was in another hotel, but i just wanted to check out and go back to Jomkitti.

Convenient location to stay; however, there is a primary school across the street and so the area is quite loud and has lots of congestion during school drop off and pick up times. If you're a light sleeper, probably not for you as you can hear noise from other rooms as well.

Don't be deceived by the professional photos on the website. What you see is not what you get. The photos show a superior king room with a dramatic, lighted ceiling. In reality, they only have one of these rooms. When we checked in, we said it wasn't the room we paid for. The staff said we got the "superior room" (i.e. floorplan), but without the dramatic flair. If we had known we weren't going to get the room represented in the photo, we would have opted for a less expensive one with a balcony. They said our particular room wasn't available and that we could switch after the first night. Really? The rooms themselves are quite nice and updated. However they could be a bit cleaner. We still wipe down all surfaces from our pandemic days, and it was obvious that some of the surfaces had not been cleaned in quite some time. Even the nightstand had a dead bug on it. The bathroom was clean and all basic toiletries were provided. Unfortunately, the only towels provided were the ones used to make the towel art on the bed. These towels were stained and extremely tattered We literally felt like we were drying off with the same towels somebody used to wipe their feet at the front door. They should have been thrown away 3 years ago. For those that use tp and tissue, note that your room may not be stocked. Also, the "fitness room" has just enough to be added as an amenity. We opted not to eat from the buffet after receiving coffee with spoiled milk. We won't be booking again.

I was surprised how quiet the area was, considering it's convenient location and being across the road from a school. It was lovely and clean. The room size was good and the bedding very comfortable. The staff respected your privacy. A dip in the pool after a hot day was so welcoming. And the breakfast inclusion had good variety and freshly prepared each morning. Overall my 3 nights stay was very comfortable.

Cozy and clean

Lovely place to stay at, it’s cozy and comfortable, room was really clean and the toilet is so spacious and newly renovated as well, water pressure was good, tub was clean and big! The only downside would be the gym is more like a fitness corner with only 3 different cardio machines.( but it’s okay, travel and see their unique lifestyle and special locales instead!)

Got a great last-minute deal on the executive suite, & was able to extend booking to stay for 2 more nights at same cost. Secure room with big comfortable bed, clean bathroom with good shower, good aircon & fridge, nice balcony. Tasty breakfast included. Nice, clean poor area. Staff are lovely. Excellent proximity to restaurants, salons & weekend night market.
