Nice, clean hotel very close to the airport and a great buffet breakfast

The room was lovely. Rooftop area was excellent. And I had a good experience at the spa

The bartender was very rude. He was talking about me to receptionist in Italian not realizing I understand Italian. I made a comment that I understood what he said and he didn't care.

Room was spacious and clean! Staff were so nice! Breakfast was super yummy! Restaurant that they had on-site had amazing food!

The pool is only open seasonally (how would you ever know when?). The bathroom is just weird; it was difficult not to spray the floor at the sink or shower. There were several maintenance issues. Restaurant and bar were nice. I expected more given the hotel rating. Next time, I’ll stay closer to the city and spend ten euros to get to MXP

Great location to airport in Milan. Staff was very accommodating and food was good also.
