Absolutely loved the Annex hotels, they were definitely spacious. Mattress are a little firm but, the blankets and pillows are really soft. Bathroom were nice and clean. Staffing was so very polite and helpful. Would book with hotel again if I’m ever in Chiba.

Staff was friendly, even with a bit of a language barrier. They even helped us recover some sake we had forgotten in our room. The breakfast was delicious too! Only problem is that the USB chargers in the room did not work well. Overall, very nice experience.

Really decent location that is directly situated at the Chiba chuo line, and a less than 10 min walk to the Chiba main station (theres a covered walkway open from ~10am to 10pm). Staff are friendly and the Annex building was new and clean.

I stayed at this property over a week over two reservations. I thank the front desk staff very much for being a traveler to the country and needing translation. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laundry service was very expensive so the property is not great for longer stays. The AC in our room did not work and only did heating - our room was always at least 25°C, making very difficult to sleep.
